1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
I complete your orders within 2-10 business days from the moment of crediting my bank account with the payment. It means that the shipment will be dispatched not earlier than on the second day and not later than on the tenth day after I have received the payment.
2. WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All packages ship from my studio in Billund, Denmark.
3. HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
Denmark: Courier delivery takes 2-4 business days from the dispatch of the package. The package will be delivered to your nearest PakkeShop.
Europe: Courier delivery takes max. 10 business days from the dispatch of the package.
Delays caused by the road operator’s activity are beyond my control.
4. DOES NEJ TAK, FARVEL SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
As a standard, I ship to Denmark, Poland and other EU countries. If you want to have my products delivered to a non-standard destination, please use contact page and we can make an arrengment.
5. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER PERSONALLY?
Of course, you can pick up your items in Warsaw. Use contact page to arrange the pick up.
6. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
GLS courier delivery in Denmark is 62 dkk to the Pick up point.
The cost of delivery to Europe depends on the destination.
